Notice of name change
ALPACA ENGINEERING, LLC is now AXERGON LLC.
A new name, and nothing else. Axergon is the independent engineering practice of William Magato: real-time controls, simulation and emulation, and systems software for automated material handling.
What stays the same
AXERGON LLC is the same Ohio limited liability company, only renamed.
The ownership, the federal employer identification number and the people doing the work are unchanged. Every agreement continues in force as written — contracts, purchase orders, statements of work and NDAs. Nothing needs to be re-signed.
What changes
Addresses move to axergon.com. Mail sent to the old alpacaengineering.com addresses still arrives.
This site
axergon.com is the company's new home. The full site, with selected work, is on its way; alpacaengineering.com will forward here.
